We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, being adjacent to the main gondola. It was so convenient to be able to access the slopes without any hassle. Additionally, the hotel was not far from the main bars, yet it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the best of both worlds - being close to the action but still able to relax and unwind.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location, service, and amenities provided here ensure a truly memorable experience.

The hotel is in the centre of St. Johann and easy to reach by train and a few steps away from the station. The service team was very friendly, familiar and helpful. The room were very nice and clean. A perfect view on the mountains around.

The room-telephone didn´t work, I couldn´t use the safe, I missed the cool-box in my room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the comfortable bed, excellent WiFi, a lovely breakfast, and terrific location. The hotel was in close proximity to the train station and the beautiful natural surroundings. The hotel is also located close to the slopes and the adjacent main gondola.

The hotel is confortable, cosy and clean . The facilities such as the fitness are quite satisfying. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the dinner at the hotel which was much better than what we had in fancy restaurants in the city. In general, our stay was very satisfying.

The hotel was conveniently located for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the daily breakfast buffet and the option to make a packed lunch. the complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch.

Our stay was marred by the noise levels in the hotel and outside. Our room faced a busy street, and the soundproofing was poor, resulting in minimal sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located for exploring the town, close to the center with its main bars and near the slopes. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and the bathroom was functional. the breakfast had plenty of choices and the waiting staff were attentive. the pack up lunch option was definitely a bonus.

The dinner choices were sometimes limited and quite plain, lacking a bit of variety.

We spent New Year's Eve in a charming Tyrolean hotel, cozy and with a wonderful location for exploring the area. We loved the sizable rooms with stunning views of the mountains and the town. the hotel's location made it perfect for exploring the town and the surrounding area, which was a delightful bonus.

The hotel could use some updates in terms of amenities. Although the rooms were comfortable, they lacked certain aspects one would expect from a modern hotel, such as coffee-making facilities or electronic locks on doors.
